Project Outcomes
The scheme is complete and was delayed due to the unearthing of an ancient burial site to the North East corner of the development. An extension of time being granted allowed archaeologists to carry out excavation and investigation works in a safe manner whilst allowing us to continue with the development on the remainder of the site.
The scheme was designed to Code For Sustainable Homes Level 3 and benefits from energy efficient installations including CHP and solar panels. The project was also registered on the Considerate Constructors Scheme and received high scores throughout.
