TREADMILLS PHASE 4 – THE GLASS BOX

Client – The Central Northallerton Development Co. Ltd

The works comprised the internal refurbishment along with two extensions to provide a new restaurant facility and marked the final stage of the prestigious “Treadmills” development.

The flat roof structural glazed extensions provide a modern and contemporary structure for a new restaurant adjacent to the new cinema. The scheme was completed to shell status to allow the new restaurant provider to carryout their own fitout.

Externally there was a small service yard with fencing and gates along with flagged pavings to provide external seating areas.

Treadmills, Northallerton (Former Prison Site).

Dates

Completion was achieved in June 2023.
