Description
The works involved the completion of the project following the insolvency of the previous Contractor. The scheme was won in completion following a tender process. The works included the completion of the internal refurbishment and remedial works to the new extensions together with comprehensive external works and drainage.
Project Outcomes
Moody Construction worked very closely with the Client and the Client’s design team to minimise the additional costs brought about by the insolvency of the previous Contractor. The scheme was completed to a high standard and to the timescales required to allow an existing building to be decanted into Bolton House hence freeing up that building for refurbishment.
