CATTERICK RACECOURSE – HORSESHOE CAFE BAR
Client – The Catterick Racecourse Company Limited
The works comprised the complete refurbishment and extension of the existing Paddock and Lawn Pavilion to provide the new “Horseshoe Cafe Bar”. The new facility offers a large, vibrant and contemporary space for racegoers to relax and enjoy refreshments alongside the racing action, right at the heart of the Paddock.
The refurbishment included a small extension to enhance the entrance areas, re-roofing, new external timber cladding, curtain walling, windows and doors. Internally the refurbishments provide two new café/bar areas, including a new kitchen, bars and serveries. The new accommodation also provided, a tote betting shop, new toilets and viewing areas over the paddock and external big screen.
Externally a new paddock lawn was created along with a covered seating area, pavings and new fencing.

Completion was achieved in December 2024.
