The construction of 8 dwellings at Runswick Bay.

A development of 6 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom semi-detached properties for Broadacres Housing Association. A range of “traditionally” built thermally efficient individual residential dwellings offering affordable properties to be retained and managed by a local registered social landlord for rental to people with a local connection. The properties had the benefit of air source heat pumps supplemented with roof mounted photovoltaic panels to provide low cost heating, hot water and running costs for the residents.

Works also included the construction of individual off street parking, fenced gardens and the construction of a sustainable urban drainage system in the form of a dry basin flood exceedance area.
