RIPON RACECOURSE – STAFF ACCOMMODATION (PHASE 1 & 2)
Client – The Ripon Race Company Limited
The works comprised the complete refurbishment of the staff accomodation in two separate phases at Ripon Racecourse.
Works include external wall and structural repairs, re-roofing internal reconfiguration to provide ensuite bedrooms along with seperate facilities including TV room, games room and toilets.
Externally there was new paving access along with associated drainage for the new facilities.

Ripon Racecourse, Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Dates
Completion for Phase 1 was achieved in May 2025 and Phase 2 is due for completion March 2026.
