CATTERICK RACECOURSE OWNERS AND TRAINERS FACILITY
Work is well under way on the new Owners and Trainers facility at the North Yorkshire premium venue.
The new new building is a steel framed structure over two floors on traditional pad and ground beam foundations. The envelope being a combination of brickwork, curtain walling and larch cladding. The pitched roof is clad with copper and forms a breathtaking feature to the building. The internal accommodation comprises a large open areas to be used for bar/dining/conferences, entrance lobby, lift, stairs, kitchen, bars and viewing areas over both the parade ring and winners enclosure as well and the course and finishing line.
Completion is anticipated to be spring 2021 in time for the new flat racing season.
