Parkside Medical Centre in Middlesbrough being our flagship healthcare scheme. This was a £2.5 million pound new build scheme for Tees and Wear Valley NHS Trust to provide consultancy space and administration space for Mental Healthcare department. The scheme was shortlisted for a LABC award.
