As the post war population started to increase and the need for housing became critical so did the need for schools and other amenity buildings. The construction, extension and repair of school buildings has been a sector in which Moody Construction has carried out numerous projects.

We pride ourselves on collaborative and flexible working requirements when working in an occupied school establishment and have acquired a thorough appreciation of the day-to-day running of the schools and the school environment. We also appreciate the importance of programming requirements with the need to maximise works around school downtime and holiday periods.

New build projects and classroom extensions have been erected for local authorities such as North Yorkshire County Council, Stockton Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar and Cleveland County Council and other local education authorities.

In addition to this we have also carried out schemes for both private schools and colleges together with academies.
