YORK BASED OFFICE RE-DEVELOPMENT COMPLETED

Moody Construction has recently completed a project in York.

Moody Construction were appointed to carry out the refurbishment and extension of the offices of Distinctive Systems in York. The new facility designed by LHL of York provided a re-configuration of existing office accommodation together with a new extension with separate entrance.

The new extension provided a dedicated training facility for use by both the company’s internal staff but also providing a facility for use by external companies. The extension had it’s own dedicated entrance and lobby/reception area, multi function training rooms, a breakout area including kitchen and seating, meeting/conference room and wc facilities.

Re-configuration of existing building to provide enhanced reception area and open plan office space.

Associated external works including car parking, paving, landscaping, drainage, storm water attenuation and the provision of a new electrical substation.

We were delighted to have been awarded this scheme and to develop our ongoing relationship with LHL.
