Moody Construction were appointed to carry out the development of 7 dwellings on a rural exception site near Thirsk in North Yorkshire.
In a single terrace the development comprises of 1nr 3B5P house, 4nr 2B4P house, 1nr 2B3P first floor flat and 1nr 1B2P ground floor flat, the dwellings being a mixture of rented and shared ownership plots.
The scheme also comprised associated drainage, external works, hard and soft landscaping, parking areas and fencing. In addition to the above and underground surface water tank was installed to manage surface water run off. A pumping station being install to manage the discharge to an agreed rate into the highways public sewer.
There may be nothing to see from Albert Road but behind the cloak of the wrapped scaffolding work is progressing at pace on the Exchange Place building.
